ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Field Supervisor at My Caregiver LLC oversees caregiver teams, ensures quality care delivery, resolves client concerns, and maintains compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves regular field visits, team coaching, client satisfaction assessments, and process improvement collaborations.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate must be Certified from IDOA as a HomeCare Supervisor.
  • Supervise and manage caregiver teams to ensure adherence to care plans and company policies.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate caregiver performance and provide necessary coaching.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely coverage for all client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing concerns and feedback effectively.
  • Conduct periodic visits to assess client satisfaction and update care plans as necessary. Act as a liaison between caregivers and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Perform routine audits of caregiver performance and service quality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client care, caregiver evaluations, and incident reports.
  • Organize training sessions for caregivers, focusing on skill development and compliance updates.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to improve care delivery processes.
  • Provide management with regular updates on field activities, team performance, and client feedback.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Candidate must be Certified from IDOA as a HomeCare Supervisor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, social work, nursing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in home care, healthcare, or related industries. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Certification in home care or healthcare management (preferred).
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in home care services. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
